#TheFrontStepsProjectRDU

Hello Beautiful People!

It’s been a while since we’ve seen each other... and as an extroverted photographer I'm struggling with getting my photo fix and capturing moments in time of the people who inspire me the most during these times with the Rona Foolishness. So check this out, some of my fellow photographers have started a new project #thefrontstepsproject #thewindowshot and #thefrontporchproject In honor of that, I am bringing this project to the Raleigh Durham Area.

Starting this week, Sunday March 29th, 2020 through Friday April 17th, 2020, I will be photographing people for free in our communities from either their front steps or their window while maintaining social distancing. I will be taking images outside ONLY and from at least 7 to 10 feet away. Each session will be brief, likely just 5 - 10 minutes and this is not a typical get-dressed-up-and-pose-for-the-photographer session. I encourage people to get creative and have fun with it! Want to stand outside in your pajamas and slippers hugging toilet paper? Sounds good to me. Kids in mismatched clothes fighting over cinnamon toast crunch? Fantastic. Just be you!

This is a way to remember this difficult and intense time, but perhaps also the time that brought your family and friends closer together! In exchange for this free session, I am asking participants to make a good faith donation to Interfaith Prison Ministry for Women or to the charity of their choice and that should they decide to post their photos, that they also tag me (photocredit) in their post.

I will come to your home at the agreed upon time and take some photos of you and your family. After this quick session, I will email/text a copy of the digital files within 3 - 5 business days and post them on my social media (Facebook & Instagram). I will also use the hashtag #thefrontstepsprojectrdu #thewindowshotrdu and #thefrontporchprojectrdu

I hope to see you soon! 😉📸💕✌🏽
