The Heart Behind From Here To Her ♥

To the Women of Queens & Crowns

My Dearest Queen,

Queens & Crowns began with a simple desire: to create the kind of space I wanted women like us to have. A place where accomplished women could put down the armor. Where ambitious women could dream bigger without apologizing. Where women navigating change could admit they did not have every answer. Where we could celebrate one another without comparison, gather without performance, and become without asking permission.

What has emerged is something far more meaningful than I originally imagined. I now see Queens & Crowns as a place where women come to Gather, Learn, and Build.

We gather in Safe Sisterhood around tables, through shared experiences, in honest conversations, and in rooms intentionally created for connection.

We learn how to develop the vision, wisdom, habits, boundaries, strategies, and courage necessary for the lives we desire.

And then we build. Our careers. Our businesses. Our wealth. Our relationships. Our wellness. Our freedom. Our legacy. Our extraordinary lives.

My hope is not that Queens & Crowns tells you who to become. It is that something you experience here helps you remember the woman who has been within you all along and gives you the clarity and courage to meet HER.

There are seasons when we are learning to wear the crown. And there are seasons when we realize we are capable of governing entire kingdoms. Wherever you are on that journey, there is room for you here.

Thank you for trusting this community with your presence, your stories, your brilliance, your vulnerability, and your light. We are only beginning. And I cannot wait to see what we build together.

With light & love,

Quinn Alexandria

Community Service

I’m deeply passionate and involved in leading important causes in our local community. I have a humanitarian heart and believe strongly in protecting and serving mankind, especially women and children. For this reason I am committed to fostering awareness of social equity causes in both the real estate industry and our local business community.

Real estate is the foundation upon which the families part of our local communities build and transfer wealth. I believe local businesses serve as the backbone of the economy in our community, keeping our population active and employed.

Causes I’ve Served

  • Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors®

I’m currently serving on the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee with the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors to advocate for socio-economic empowerment in underserved and marginalized consumers and finding resources and opportunities for those part of these communities to own homes.

  • Caregivers Coalition

Caregivers are an important part or the ecosystem of our communities. As a single mom, industry leader, and community advocate, I know personally the challenges caregivers face in balancing their personal and professional responsibilities.

I created the Caregivers Coalition to provide a safe space for working caregivers to discuss the challenges of balancing work and family life while also masterminding how to prioritize self-care, pursue passion and purpose, and let go of guilt and shame.

  • Neurodivergent Kids

The kid in the picture above… Well, that’s my exceptional child. We’ve been on a journey that has been tough, beautiful, and caused us to learn and grow in ways neither one of us imagined!

Loving, supporting, and advocating for children part of the neurodivergent community is a privilege I’ll never take for granted!
