YOUR LIFE DESIGN STRATEGIST, PODCAST HOST, AND SPEAKER

With nearly two decades helping large organizations and hundreds of people turn their vision into strategic plans, I know exactly what it takes for you to design, build, and scale your most extraordinary life.

HI, I’M QUINN ALEXANDRIA

Organizations aren't the only ones who need vision, strategy, alignment, and an operating plan. People do, too.

More than 17 years experience in Sales & Operations Planning, Strategy, and Data Analytics.

Worked directly with Fortune 500 Companies and local business owners across the Triangle.

Over a decade experience supporting women in seasons of major transition.

Translated complex planning and strategy concepts into simple frameworks designed to accelerate life transformation

From strategic planning to intentional life design

I translated nearly two decades of planning, strategy, leadership, and lived experience into frameworks designed to help women navigate transformation differently.

Not by telling them to become someone completely different. Not by dismissing the woman whose ambition, resilience, intelligence, and sacrifice got them here. But by helping them define her clearly, align her vision, and intentionally design a strategic plan for her life.

The methodologies within the Life Design ecosystem are designed to accelerate that transformation.

Design | Build | Scale

1. We begin with self-recognition—understanding who you are, how you're wired, what you value, what you've inherited, what you've outgrown, and what you genuinely desire.

2. From there, we move toward heart-and-soul alignment—defining the woman you're becoming and creating an extraordinary whole-life vision aligned with her.

3. Then we build.

The decisions.
The boundaries.
The habits.
The investments.
The relationships.
The environments.
The systems.
The strategy.

Because vision is powerful.

4. But vision becomes transformational when you know how to build what you see.

Through Queens & Crowns, we have the extraordinary privilege of introducing these concepts to women who know—sometimes before they can even articulate why—that there is another way to live, lead, build, and become.

Women who have accomplished a great deal but recognize that achievement alone isn't the destination.

Women who are ready to stop inheriting the definition of a successful life and begin intentionally designing their own.

And women who understand that the next chapter of their lives deserves more than another goal.

It deserves a vision.
It deserves a strategy.
And it deserves their participation.

Quinn Alexandria Reynolds

For more than 17 years, my career has centered around one fundamental question:

How do we take where we are today, define where we want to go, and build an executable strategy to get there?

My experience in Sales & Operations Planning, Strategy, and Data Analytics has spanned across Fortune 500 technology companies including Apple, Lenovo, and Xerox; major healthcare systems including Duke, Moses H. Cone, and Forsyth Medical Center; and, more recently, the biotechnology industry.

I’ve spent my career navigating complexity.

I’ve helped organizations evaluate current-state realities, anticipate future needs, align competing priorities, understand constraints, allocate resources, make difficult tradeoffs, and transform ambitious visions into actionable plans.

Along the way, I’ve also had the privilege of supporting small and medium businesses throughout the Triangle through local chambers and private consultation.

But some of the work closest to my heart has always centered around people—particularly women navigating the intersection of ambition, leadership, caregiving, identity, and change.

I’ve supported initiatives advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within the corporate construct, real estate, and the neurodivergent community. I’ve developed employee resource groups, volunteered my time in prison systems, and lended first hand support to women in seasons of major transition.

Those experiences taught me something profound:

Organizations aren't the only ones who need vision, strategy, alignment, and an operating plan. People do, too.

We are constantly making decisions about our time, relationships, careers, businesses, money, wellness, environments, and futures.

Yet many incredibly accomplished women have never been given a framework for stepping outside of everything they could do long enough to ask:

What do I actually want my life to become?

That question became part of the foundation for Queens & Crowns.
