3:00 PM – 5:00 PM | Sporting Clays Experience
Guests will participate in a guided 50-target sporting clays experience. This portion of the event is designed to be beginner-friendly and confidence-building, with safety instruction and support provided by Rose Hill Sporting Clays.

5:15 PM – 6:20 PM | Dinner at the Manor House
Following the range experience, guests will gather for dinner and intentional connection in the beautiful Manor House/Sun Porch setting.

6:20 PM – 7:30 PM | Social Hour
The evening will close with relaxed social time, conversation, and connection.

Guests who select the curated beverage experience will have access to the selected drink menu during the designated dinner and social portion of the event. Guest are expected to drink responsibly and understand that Queens & Crowns and/or Rose Hill staff reserve the right to limit or refuse alcohol service when appropriate.

• Guided 50-target sporting clays course

• Eye and ear protection

• Shotgun shells

• Golf cart access during the sporting clays experience

• Shared shotgun rental access, if needed

• Water, soda, and non-alcoholic beverage options

Alcoholic beverages, if selected, will only be available during the designated dinner/social portion of the event and not before or during the sporting clays activity.

Starting at $315 per guest

Your reservation secures one of a limited number of guest seats during the experience.

Reservations are required in advance and are non-refundable.

By submitting your reservation, you acknowledge that no refunds will be issued for any reason.

Because Rose Hill is fairly local for many guests, overnight accommodations are optional and not required.

Guests traveling from farther areas or those who prefer not to drive home after the evening experience are welcome to book nearby lodging independently. Accommodation recommendations can be provided upon request.

Carpooling may also be coordinated among guests based on interest.

Closed-toe shoes or secure footwear are strongly recommended for the sporting clays portion of the event.

• Arrive on time for check-in and safety instructions

• Bring a light jacket or wrap for the evening

• Avoid overly loose accessories during the sporting clays portion
